ALEXANDER’S COUNTRY CATS TERMS & CONDITIONS.

By boarding their cat(s) at Alexander’s Country Cats, the owner accepts the following terms and conditions:

1. All cats must be fully vaccinated against Feline Influenza and Feline Enteritis. Vaccinations and boosters must be completed at least fourteen days before arrival. A valid Vaccination Certificate must be emailed to the proprietor before arrival.

2. All cats must be wormed and treated for fleas with an appropriate veterinary approved product prior to arrival.

3. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the proprietor of any ailments your cat has, and any scratches, cuts, hair loss or any particular traits your cat may have.

4. While all possible care and attention will be given, cats are boarded entirely at the owner’s risk.

5. In the event of illness or injury, during the period of boarding, the cat will be treated at the owner’s expense by a veterinary surgeon, which where possible will be at the practise where the animal is registered.

6. No responsibility is accepted for any personal effects left at the cattery and the owner is fully liable for damage caused by their cat.

7. Male cats over the age of six months that have not been neutered, will not be accommodated.

8. The daily rates apply from the day your cat arrives for boarding until 10am the following day. Boarders collected after 10am will be charged for an additional day. The owner must pay all charges incurred, in full, before removal of the animal. BACS payment is preferred, although cash and cheque are also accepted.

9. All deposits are non refundable

10. Cancellationsmade on/or within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the total outstanding amount.
Cancellations made on/or within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total outstanding amount.

Cancellations made on/or within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total outstanding amount.

If you make a change to a booking within 14 days prior to arrival and the numbers of days are less than originally booked, I reserve the right to charge the full outstanding amount.
